I've been told before by a therapist anxiety can be good in small doses as a motivatior, like being anxious about an upcoming test in school for example. just when its intense, or happens over things it shouldn't is the issue (anxiety disorders🥲)

yuuup, I had leg pain that kept getting more and more severe when I was about 10. several doctors kept telling my parents I was trying to get attention or it was growing pains. my mother noticed my back didn't look right, so she demanded an xray. my spine was severing itself :)
