@tracewoodgrains @OptimismMommy i do think a big barrier here is getting qualified instructors, though- this place was hiring people fresh out of college especially in higher grades. anecdotally i think the younger grade programs worked pretty well

@Xenoimpulse mainly re: active replacement. i could see a scenario where you've already built up sizable eng talent- just supplement them all with ai. i do think replacing is really just recognizing you didn't need all that much human capital to begin with
