Gentlemen of the Fire! I hope you greeted the day with fervor! I wanted to remind you that you are the Lords of your domain. You are the kings of your castle. Rule with passion and love. Be quick to deal judgement and swift to show mercy. That begs the question. What is my domain? Its is all that God has given you. Especially your family. You are responsible for them and they fall under your covering and responsibility. 3 But I want you to understand that the head of every man is Christ, the head of a wife1 is her husband,2 and the head of Christ is God. - 1 Cor 11:3 Unfortunately, his has been flipped in the modern era. But God is not surprised, as he for told it in Genesis as a part of the fall. Your desire shall be contrary to6 your husband, but he shall rule over you.” Gen. 3:16 As Christians we do not rule over our families with an iron fist, demanding to be followed and respected. But we lead as the Father guides us. It is from a place of humble understanding that we are to be the caretakers of our household. That we are responsible for what we allow in our kingdom. Kingdoms have rules and boundaries, that is why there is walls. What are the rules of your kingdom? No screens on Sunday? Telling your Queen to be modest and not post provocative images on social media? Reading the bible everyday? You need to establish the rules of our kingdom. When we align ourselves with the Father, the family will follow. If you truly want to see your wife blossom into the beautiful creature she was created to be, lead. Lead by praying over her, lead by reading the bible, lead by hearing the voice of the Father and obeying. Lead by example. Be a king so she can be a queen. A king is not without his battles. The great battles define great kings. Fight for your family. That is the greatest battle. What you allow in your life will be allowed in your wife and kids life. Don’t for second think you can hide or contain it. It is easier to never allow something into your kingdom, than to tear it out later. Raise your kids to be princes and princesses. They will be kings and queens of their own kingdom one day. Gentlemen! I am ever grateful to your desire to grow deeper. Let is sharpen our iron on each other swords. This is the place to learn and grow and to hear from the Father. You are so loved and needed.

How do we spend time God?

I was thinking about guitars today. I do not play one. I tried once, I just don't have the skill. Or the brainpower. I envy those who can.  I really do.  I was thinking about how a guitar that does not spend time In the hands of the musician will fall out of tune. It will lose it ability to play music. It will lose it purpose.  Much like us. If we do not spend time with the master musician, Our Father, we fall out of tune.  Our song turns sour and painfull to hear.  We think we are making music but we fail.  Let the Father tune and stretch our strings. They may break. But that's OK. He will replace the strings that are old and give us new ones.  Let the Father play us. And let us be a vessel of His song.  Spend time with Him.  I hope when people see me, they see worn grooves that have been lovingly played by the Father.
