Crossed my mind once. Uganda is that person coming out of a series of traumatic relationships that bare minimum treatment is sufficient. Zero expectations or aspirations for the future - the goal is to simply survive the past. Just peace with the one who "brought" it is enough.
Are we conditioned to be comfortable because our constitution is set out in past tense and referring to a checkered past that we are running away from?

I wonder if the 5% have deliberately decided against attending the classes, or want to but are unable to because circumstances hinder their access to online education. All is red and rosy until you are in the 5%. There's a thing about human rights being individual. A great thing.
Earlier today, I received a petition from students of the Law Development Centre. They expressed dismay over the suspension of their online classes, which they said had registered attendance of 95%. They also clarified that LDC hasn’t asked for facilitation for the classes.
