@NMcgourt72702 @Living_Rent How is ‘Tenants’ Rights Scotland’ structured? Is it a membership organisation? Does it have an appointed board or a democratic structure of any kind? Is it a think tank, a charity? Does it employ a staff? Who funds it?

@NMcgourt72702 @Living_Rent Your LinkedIn states you were previously employed as a property manager by a letting agent. @frasmcm @eilidhwashere I don’t think anyone really cares what you personally want Fraser. we are focussed on analysis of the problem and material solutions in the interests of the working class, not private developers.

@frasmcm If you don’t build genuinely affordable housing there won’t be genuinely affordable housing, this isn’t rocket science. Glasgow city council isn’t even satisfying the NPF4 required targets of 25% in new developments. Be serious.

@frasmcm Have you looked at the avg rents in BTR in eg Manchester and occupancy of these once complete? You are talking out of your arse. We need more genuinely affordable homes. 36k people on housing waiting lists aren’t going to be moving into Clyde-front 1beds at 1300 a month, are they
