🚨 UK HOUSE PRICES 🚨 Median prices of actual transactions of properties purchased in 2014 and sold in 2024. Over time, new builds seem to lose their initial premium, making them inferior investments. As are Leaseholds.

Nationwide House Price index up 0.1% MoM and 4.1% YoY. Looking at YoY change (with LR shifted 3 months to correct for pre-exchange/completed timing mismatches) it looks as if we are currently looking at 4% annual growth rate.
