10 years ago, I switched from golf to sports turf. One of the first people who reached out was Wes. Since then, he set the standard to follow, providing an MLB-caliber field at the AAA level.

Natural and synthetic both require active management from a qualified SFMs. Employing a SFM is usually framed as a lack of $/resources by agencies. Really, it's a misappropriation of priorities. Prioritize safety, hire a SFM, set standards, measure against standards, and improve.
