Cite the law that is being broken. Also, this judge has no authority over the Executive Branch whatsoever, as the Judicial Branch and the Executive Branch are co-equal branches of our govt. As for the US Marshals, the court has no authority to order them to do anything if the Executive Branch disagrees with them. You want to know why? Because the US Marshals are part of the Dept. of Justice, which is a Dept under the authority of the Executive Branch. You should google the US Constitution/Bill of Rights/Federalist Papers/ et al. so as not to appear so ignorant.

You could have save lots of space by simply posting the fact this ruling has no legal basis since the Fed court that issued the ruling has no legal authority that is over the POTUS. Therefore the POTUS can simply ignore it. The end. And you don't have to be a lawyer to understand that.

No the Judge can't. He can issue all the rulings he wants, but enforcement is carried about by the Executive Branch, ie the President. The President can simply ignore it. President Andrew Jackson was famous for doing this. That's the reason they are no longer sold in the US. It was due to a hit piece claiming they were prone to rollovers when in fact that was never true. He can legally just ignore the rulings from them. They have no enforcement mechanism. You should probably read the US Constitution. The Executive Branch is a co-equal branch of the Federal Judiciary. They have no power to make the EB do anything. See Pres. Andrew Jackson as for an example of this.
