@MartinSLewis @Ed_Miliband I have a great story about my recent issue with @OctopusEnergy if anybody wants to hear it. They were very sneaky indeed, especially as it was very likely that they owed me a reimbursement.

@BimBamBoozles @MartinSLewis @Ed_Miliband @eon_next I had @OctopusEnergy come out and replace mine because they had a notification on their system from @eonenergyuk stating that my smart meter needed changing “even if it still worked” which suggested to me that they’re a widespread problem with e.on smart meters

@jongaunt @Morrisons And people can go at their own pace, and it’s 1 staff for 8-10 self checks. More supermarkets need to look at the smaller details that Aldi does to increase sales and satisfaction, and efficiency.
