Via @batten_von This morning, we recommended to President @realDonaldTrump and @USTradeRep that Rwanda’s #AGOA eligibility be canceled due to violations of Section 104(a)(2) & (a)(3) of the Act. If the Act is reauthorized this year, Rwanda should be barred from participating until it takes concrete steps to end its association with #M23.
