@uiuxadrian Have you considered charging based on results? I realize they are visible only with time and you have a payroll to pay. But for example, you charge a flat rate + percentage based on conversion.

So many designers I see on X build their portfolios around visuals, but that’s only the output without context. How did you come to this solution? Have you validated your ideas with real users? What was the business impact? This is what we should put in our portfolios 💼
