@BritishGasHelp is your app down? It says it will only work for current customers and I am one! When I log in online, new platform says balance is 0.00 -I haven’t had a bill or submitted readings and was in credit a good amount a few weeks ago. Is this just a technical issue?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi @SkyHelpTeam I did everything and the internet came back up but it has dropped again today. Are you sure there are no ongoing problems in the Northampton area. I am a teacher working from home, reaching out to students via Google Classroom and cannot do this with no internet!
