About to have No2, and honestly feels like career wise I might be finally on the cliff edge I’ve avoided so long. Who this new human will be, what will my family become is all unknown, but theatre financially and logistically supporting continued practice feels… Unlikely .

@lherbertdesign Then even if they will pay petty cash they often won't stump out all in one go, asking for constant reconciliation. Then add in extra issues of overspend for costume options and props, refund times etc...its not aligned to the fees any of the freelance team are paid.

@GWRHelp Otherwise it’s policy that additional need passengers are expected to trawl overcrowded services to find priority seats that are unbooked, or you are reliant on those who have booked to give up their seats for these patrons who haven’t booked but have greater need for seating?
