Specifically, if you're using a framework like ElizaOS, which supports RAG assisted memory, you build knowledge files with the help of Search plugins, and a conversation Director agent. Put all three of them in a chat room together, and focus their conversation on particular areas of knowledge. It will literally self train and interrogate the data (not just adding in unverified pablum, but even attempting to verify sources).
