Wet suction seems to be better than slow pull. Use of heparinized saline or “tissue sieve” may decrease blood contamination. Wondering how they expressed their sample - stylet or saline/air flush?

Goal is to resect en bloc followed by dual sphincterotomy and CBD/PD stents placement. Clips only if the resection extends beyond the ampulla and along the lateral duodenal wall
