A well deserved first!
Successful first Overstitch case in Canada 🇨🇦 . Complex, chronic duodenocutaneous fistula. Performed endoscopic pyloric exclusion. no delayed leak and patient having liquid diet without external drainage (shared with permission) many thanks team and my mentors, exciting times
