The approach is based on duplication method, where we 'duplicate' data with different exposure status. This paper provides easy-to-use R codes. Just try it by cut&paste. Special thanks to my wonderful coauthors!

Published "Modifiable lifestyle factors in the primordial prevention of hypertension" in European Journal of Internal Medicine! This is an in-depth cohort analysis of lifestyle and HTN. Took 4 years to publish.. So grateful for wonderful collaborators🫂
