woke up at 2 am coz i was hungry & had chest pains, waited till 6:30 in bed feeling miserable, made my own garlic & herb wrap bc im out of bread & then made eggs, spinach with turkey. also a latte. feeling physically better. very bad mentally tho. and i have lectures @ uni :(
