Sunday is not for soft productivity, it's for relaxing; not using social media brain rot all day, relaxing; not thinking about what relaxation is - that's again soft productivity. It's for relaxing. How tf should I relax when my brain is wired to think about goals all the time.

A domino effect like this on emotions is not healthy (and not normal too even if "feels" true for many who grew up in Indian societal conditions), no matter the how big or small the trigger is.
Ad account shows big drop -> anxiety -> I am not good at my work -> I am not a good son -> I am just unlucky -> There is no happiness for me. Later realized products in those ad sets are out of stock due to an error.

@KapilV_B But isn't that the most basic thing anyone getting a home loan should kinda automatically get to know? Even when they are not aware while getting the loan but the first 2 years of repayment should prompt them enough to know.

@KapilV_B Just googled, realised I do know these Made a sheet to prove a point to a pain in the ass colleague on why buying a home is a not "the best investment ever" And my school economics teacher lecture on repo & reverse repo rates and its effects on purchasing power came rushing back

this made me realise how good life is. wow, not that I didn't know before but not being able to think of one thing I'd do that I'm not doing currently does feel good.
surprisingly nothing. I'll sort out my cat's godparents though and what they get in my will, taking this as a sign and doing it anyway.
