I believe he is arguing that while masks “help some” individually, masking does nothing to stop the spread of the pandemic overall, I guess because a lot of people don’t wear masks or take other precautions. Is that actual “science?” If it is, it does NOT support mask MANDATES.

One look at any production’s closing credits tells you how many people are involved in the filming process. Many of those jobs could be performed by fewer people getting paid more if it weren’t for Hollywood’s archaic union rules (boom mic person can’t also move cables, etc.).
