Did a random test wherein I changed the copy from “get X% off” to “Save X% off” Same creative. Same targeting. CAC got reduced drastically and CTR got increased from 0.9% to 1.8% . Whosever says, small tweaks don’t matter, I am here to change your opinion. 😅🙋‍♀️🥱

If I consider switching job, my primary motivation would be the chance to work with “crazy people”along with perks like a Fit Pass/ Cult Sport Membership, access to mental health apps like Calm/ Headspace, & if they provide access to platforms like Ken/ Medium/ any CBC.

Received a Job offer from a company that said “for every client you bring, you get 15% of bonus on the invoice generated till they stay” That’s exactly how it should be. You gotta involve your key employees in your bigger mission :) Stop treating Humans as merely resources :)
