@joeytee_ I use ibkr too but they dont adjust it based on covered calls right? I just always wondered if its correct to reduce cost basis on share avg from CC prems even if you are taking that prem out of the account for yourself

@WealthCoachMak Question. When you sell options on a stock that reduces your cost basis. Do you still reduce the cost basis even if the premium from the sold options is money you are taking out of the account?
