We really should only be helping with a vote from Congress. If we get any more involved, that is an act of war and should be treated as such.
We would be foolish to think that Russia and China will site idly by if we get further involved.

Personal finance rule: never lend money you can't afford to lose, especially to family.
Once you lend it out, you have to accept that it's likely you won't ever get it back.
So only lend if u can afford to lose that amount. Otherwise just say no, or give it as a gift.

Mine used to be Mint, but studies show that automating everything isn’t always the right answer, especially if you want to get out of debt. Manual tracking is much better!
