Shannon Sharpe on Kirk Herbstreit's criticism of First Take: "If we're going to be on the same team, if we're gonna work for the same network, don't do that. Kirk, Chris Fowler, I promise you, if you ever mention any platform that I'm on again talking about 'I wonder what they're going to say as negativity,' I promise you, ESPN ain't got enough bosses to keep me off y'all for what I'm going to say... don't play with me"

Anything can happen in a single round of golf. My guess is that Bryson would probably shoot at or near 66 at that course most days. Something the members most likely don’t. The greatness of the elite players is their ability to sniff elite every day.
In Bryson DeChambeau’s latest “break the course record at a public course” he shot a 66 failing to tie the course record by 4 shots. This should end the debate of “pro golfers will demolish public courses” Will they play well? Yes, of course, they are pro golfers. But so many people think they will go out there are shoot in the 50s or low 60s every single round. At the end of the day, they still need to make putts to go super low. And a 10 footer is still a 10 footer. Their make % doesn’t go from 40% to 90% just because it’s an “easy” public course So next time you play really well at an “easy” course be joyful because you still had to play great golf to make that happen.

The best part - after completely emasculating a future Hall of Famer and turning him over, he walks back up court. His defense did his talking.
Are there ANY superstars in the league today that care about defense & guarding the other team’s best player?! This is what made Kob so SPECIAL. He was giving it his ALL even in practice or preseason.. He would never slouch on defense. He NEVER cheated fans or the game 🐍
