Wild how hard this is for many ppl to understand. Very simple. It’s why though I am Warren all the way, I have always liked Bernie and will 100% be with him if the moment arrives.
At some point it will sink in that Bernie Sanders appeals to young voters by offering them the things Baby Boomers took for granted -- living wage, reliable health care, essentially free college -- and the radical thing is that almost everyone else isn't.

It’s really depressing that this has been a known problem for a long time & yet nothing can get through the Legislature to fix it. Multiple mayors & city councilors have tried. Meanwhile Boston’s local restaurants are beaten out by big money in an artificial govt-created market.
We need to uncap the liquor licenses, make them non-transferable, and make them cheap. Boston's culture suffers when only deep-pocketed restaurant groups and established businesses can afford to open a full-service restaurant, or a nightclub, or just a bar

It’s incalculable how many homes we have lost in Boston due to these battles over seemingly every single parcel. It’s the same story every time with a couple relevant details changed. The opportunity cost is massive and doing serious harm to the city and its people.
It's not hard to see that the cost of such a cumbersome, delay-filled process would increase the rents of the units that ultimately get built.
