As someone who works in the social media space (that’s me). He is correct, TOS rarely holds water when it comes to a person VS business. This is the whole meaning behind GDPR. She owns the image, they have to abide by her expectations or remove it.

I also know FIRST HAND, that WishTender has been looking for a buyer for a few months now and they WERE asking for 5 million USD. My GUESS is they needed this money to pay people out and then walk away with some in hand. Well, they didn't sell and the buyer backed out - LAST WEEK

The fact that Visa is no longer an option means there was a MASSIVE compliance issue. in my 20+ years I have only ever seen Visa block someone 3 times, and trust me, it was a LOT to get to that point.
This means Underage, threats, blackmail are involved if this is the case

I have my own sites to run that are highly successful in the adult industry and I need to make sure they are compliant. This type of exodus means I have to be extra diligent. I am known for being a compliance freak, and this situation solidifies that.

Since they backed away, I was approached to see if I would be interested in investing in them. I have screenshots and text messages to prove this. Unfortunately I am not interested in bailing someone out. Its not a good business decision for me.

Right now, nobody is getting paid out from WishTender because your button is "disabled". There are only 2 reasons for this.
- There is no money in GetBorderless
- There is a legal issue
Either of these are BAD. I am going to tell you now if this is the case, do not expect $$$

So, here is the reality, I don't think people are going to get paid. This is NOT a GetBorderless or PaymentCloud issue. This is a lack of funds issue and NOTHING is going to change it. I wish I could say more but the facts are on the wall in bright letters

CERB/CRB is an indication of a lot of things yes, but not about how UBI WONT work. In fact, it shows that right now more people than originally thought are living in poverty and by providing CRB, people are able to live at a BASIC level. People will work if paid proper
