I think this thread, and the way he behaved and treated people in later years, was one of the most important things anyone who’s meant anything to me ever did. it’s an instruction manual on how to grow out of gen x nihilism and a reflection on the damage it did

I don’t want to be associated with camera obscura. tracyanne campbell is, or at least has been, until she got told to rein it in, a vocal transphobe. I want nothing to do with that band or their fans.
