A side-by-side of numbers from St. John's #YYT comparing the blizzard of January 2020 (Snowmageddon) to the storm of March 2024. Main factors that compounded the severity of the 2020 event look to be the wind, pre-existing snow cover, and shorter period over which it fell. #nlwx
