We have to beg because we r not Vote banks. We r just a herd of Bonded labours who can be shoved to any part of the country to serve people. Hard work aside, Many clerks had bear loss from their pocket & no reimbursement given to them. Many got ill and Depression.

All what u need is a Degree & English language to be in Private Banker. But for being a PSU banker you have to prepeare exceptionally well for Exams & face fierce competition where chances are 10000:1 or less.
And NO, SBI PO or any Bank PO doesn't earn 64K...
