Musk has no idea what he’s doing. He paid some kid to play video games for him, and now he’s paying some kids to cut government spending for him too. Musk admitted today that he didn’t even know these kids are illegally cutting things like cancer research. The guy is a fraud.

If a judge tried to tell a general how to conduct a military operation, that would be illegal. If a judge tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a prosecutor, that's also illegal. Judges aren't allowed to control the executive's legitimate power.

@georgechen @mattyglesias I almost bought a Y but it was the same as my 3 just a bit taller. I upgraded to an R1S and enjoy the quieter ride, higher ride height, and its way more comfy overall for loading up the family and things.
