the thing with brand synergy is that i get WHY marvel does it. they’re trying to get mcu fans to read the comics by changing the comics to appeal to them. the problem is, mcu fans are extremely open about not wanting to read the comics, and comic fans are equally open about.

venom, kraven and lizard is a great selection of villains for the game. glad we’re moving away from the first and second game’s whole thing of using villains who are mostly just in battle suits. a goo monster, a russian and a big reptile is genuinely way more interesting.

so to recap:. dream openly made a homophobic joke, without being LGBTQ. when called out for it, his stans doxxed someone (an ACTUAL FELONY, by the way). and when the person being doxxed went deleted and private for their own safety, dream just laughed and encouraged his fans.
