Dear @RoyalMailHelp so frustrated. Booked podback collection. Hugely complicated process. Multiple repeating steps. Only for a failed collection, with reason ‘too heavy’ - not correct. Max weight 1.5 v 2kg limit. @NespressoUK @podbackuk

@NespressoUK I appreciate to book a single collection would be quicker - then again that means I’ll have to do more frequently. The benefit of a Nespresso for me is simplicity, ease of use, and recycling. Now it’s just hard. I don’t want to landfill. Recycling numbers must be nose-diving?

@ThisisDavina @MailOnline Please don’t trademark a word that describes a condition that impacts 50% of us - just adding an ‘ing’ (which is the trendy thing to do currently - it’s not unique) does not make it exclusively yours. I was excited for your campaigning. Now I’m totally put off.
