@SRHarvey_ @MariamElAmin1 @smickan Understanding ordering articles through library can take longer. In Qld Health we have access to articles at fingertips through CKN and a new App Browzine when searching net for articles- provides full text on the spot

@SRHarvey_ @MariamElAmin1 For AHPs working in health services most libraries can source articles but those in community/private rely on OA or need alumni library access or contacts to get articles. Any further thoughts @smickan?

@SRHarvey_ @MariamElAmin1 AHPs report finding accessible articles is definitely a barrier to journal clubs (and accessing evidence in general) so open access is definitely way to go with future to enhance accessibilty and uptake.

@aphasiologist1 I agree there is a gap here in terms of how SLPs should integrate/prioritise Mx in acute phase across swallowing and communication. This could be a good opportunity to collaborate/build on the body of work currently in progress on the NSF Living stroke guidelines too @strokefdn
