@bonchieredstate Trump didn't accomplish enough in his first term. He'll probably be the first to admit that. BUT he did swing the supreme court to the right. And that might end up being the most important accomplishment of all.

@MilaLovesJoe I'm die hard MAGA But I don't like this You can believe that trans people should shut the fuck up and stop their crazy shit, especially as it relates to kids And at the same time, be the better party. We don't need to be mean and spiteful Just need to win

@Osint613 @shlomieldar They will go anywhere just to get out of Gaza. Saying otherwise is them negotiating (from a weak position)

@CynicalPublius DC voted 90%+ democrat Many of these employees are involved in the terrible politics and policies that got us here. I feel bad for their families. But you have to gut it. Most of being a CEO is setting priorities and ruthlessly executing. It is what it is.

@GiannoCaldwell Didn't know about this org. Thank you for sharing, and for using your loss as a catalyst to make things better. Following your journey and work now.

@fawfulfan Yes, let's get caught up on the nuances of the words used to describe the bankrupting of our country. Awesome idea. Also, I will start calling my income "NotIncome". Then, according to your rules, I won't have to pay any taxes. Right?

@BehizyTweets Some here are pretty bad, but the judges in the UK protect rapists and jail people for "wrongspeak"

@Aran_Lightning @lemmy_caution2 @grepmeded @pitdesi Again, I'll point you to my very first comment. We're being handed a unique opportunity to correct some major issues in this country. Not tackling those issues can be catastrophic. Let's put our energy towards something positive vs arguing over minutiae that don't matter.

@lemmy_caution2 @grepmeded @pitdesi Do you not think we spend WAY too much money? Do you think we have an efficient gov that is spending our money well? Do you think our (growing) debt is not a defcon 5 issue? That is the forest.

@securelabsai @Charles92049627 @grepmeded @pitdesi 3 buckets 1 = gov't bloat, easy 2 = grift, easy 3 = programs we shouldn't fund when we are trillions in debt 3 could be bipartisan IF dems engage in (real) good faith. So far not happening. I sincerely hope they will get to the big $$. But even the "small" $$ is very needed.
