he's a great chairman! He explains why he sees his chairman position as being a crucial part of the success of Alibaba. This is a "guiding" position, not a "leading" one. Eddie Wu is the CEO and is in the driving seat. Joe is just there to help if needed. Watch the entire interview, it's worth it!
