@rikarends This is a rather far extrapolation based on assumptions which we are not only not that sure are correct, but are not even sure about total set of them. So far all LLMs very much fail at any C code for which there aren't enough good examples. Reasonable mental models are not there

@slow_developer Nah. So far LLMs have been absolute garbage at coding. All the models I tried are not even close to passing a trivial comprehension test of writing an OpenGL init code for NV Jetson Nano w/o using X11 or Wayland. They all fail in the same spectacular way, it's not even funny.

DeepSeek-r1 still spectacularly fails my favorite turing test of "write an OpenGL init code for NV Jetson Nano with exclusive display access and w/o using X11 or Wayland". It does reason a lot about various NV APIs and EGL extensions, but ultimately gets nowhere.
