Been ostracised by their family because they’re blind. So they are totally locked out of the banking system.
I remember putting together multiple 360 accessibility plan proposals for 1 of the biggest banks in Nigeria but of course it didn’t see the light of day.

Started thinking of the reasons behind the drop in customers.
Probably it’s because people haven’t moved on from interpersonal conversations. Can I trust machines to always go right? If no: how am I sure my problems would be resolved appropriately when it does happen?
Someone started a gas station early this year in Lome, Togo that was fully automated and without attendants. You serve yourself and pay with your cards. People were excited about it at first until the numbers dwindled. Today, I saw attendants.
The experiment didn't work.
