Tempted to write to my Primary School (where I wasn’t allowed to join in P.E.) and tell them I was a London 2012 Olympic Torchbearer, I’ve ran 4 Marathons, 54 miles in May so far (313 this year) and tonight I led 16 ladies on a run and they all loved it! ☺️🏃🏻♀️

🙌🏻 I completed my first 12 hour shift today! (1st Year Nurse Apprentice) Brilliant day, lots to take in but everyone was so supportive and welcoming. It’s the start of a 5 year journey, so just going to take it one step at a time 💫

I bought my flat when I was 24 and I’m 33 this year. It has a tiny outdoor space but it is a sun trap and I’m so grateful. I’ve worked really hard to get where I am, and on days like today I really appreciate finishing work and enjoying sitting outside👌🏻☀️

I haven’t been out running for 4 weeks. I thought I would head out, give it a go and just turn back if it was too difficult. I managed to complete 5k in 42:12 and it was 100% pain free 🎉🤗🏃🏻♀️
