It's an all-in-one app that does its own tracking, right now supports ARKit from an iPhone and lip sync from mic.
I dislike the VRM workflow. I want to simply let you build any avatar in Unreal with any animations you want.
The buttons you see here are defined by your avatar.

This is what the wireframe looks like. You can see where the edge loops for shadows are carved in.
The fur tufts are separate pieces for modularity (they're not great, still working on a pipeline for those).
