While in the Army we trained with “OPFOR” or Opposing Forces” and they had AK47’s and the ammo which came in metal “sardine can” boxes.
We would fire the AK47’s and compare them to M16’s we had.

Having actually lived in NYCHA, when the heat goes out (more often than you think) the occupants are FORCED to turn the stoves on for warmth or freeze. With electric stoves, the amount of electricity would cause huge surges, and electrical fires in the old wiring. People can die.
