@Coach__Strick I am now coaching HS girls flag football and some programs are legi year round now. I get it, but it is not necessary. HS kids need to do something different change it up and take a break.

This is so awesome. I love the point on relationships. How do they all connect and why? I always have lived Coach, I truly he is a great leader of young men.
Buzz is one of the most unique people (coaches) that we see at Memorial Gym vs Vandy. Diligent; very obsessive compulsive about organization and cleanliness, and extremely intelligent and well prepared. He’s one of my favorite dudes to watch coach.

I showed my freshman class this video from @thenicklavery on the Warrior Ethos. I challenged the kids on what is their Warrior Ethos is and how they are going to hold themselves accountable. So good.
