In Chinese there's an idiom "一人之下萬人之上", meaning someone who only subumits to one person (the emperor) while overtopping millions. Zoro's just like that but also he rides everyone eles and only lets Luffy do missionary.

羅生門 in budism is a metaphor for the way people hold different truth based on the same fact due to their different standpoints. It basically echoes what zoro said in the follwing panels.

hm to me there's more to sanji calling zoro a burden than "just their casual banter." Their banters are mostly for gags but it's important to note there're serious conflicts between them at times & there's a pattern. u don't have to think they actually hate each other to see it.

Also the nuance here (as I see it) zoro wasn't "giving up his dream for luffy's" per se. He's essentially saying that if he can't achieve his dream WITH his captain, then his dream means nothing. To be the pirate king and the greatest swordsman are 2 but 1 dream at the same time.
