@realEstateTrent I’ve been living here a year. The food sucks. There’s a homeless problem they pretend doesn’t exist.Air quality is horrible.Downtown often feels like a ghost town. There’s plenty of good things but it’s been one of my least favorite places I’ve ever lived.

@mhp_guy We’re getting an LDS temple in our town, Grand Junction, CO. It’s hilarious how many people living near it have been against it even though their property value has skyrocketed and neighborhoods and businesses are being developed like crazy on the adjacent streets. It’s a.

Our service is one you can’t see. So how can we prove it’s not a scam?. Let’s begin. The stuff in this bottle claims 12 months of control” but if you’ve ever sprayed it, you will realize after 1-2 months the bugs are back. The active ingredient in this bottle is bifenthrin.
Unpopular opinion: Pest control is mostly a scam. Source: I sprayed it for 3 years in Florida and my mentor owned a pest control company. This costs $9 at Home Depot. Spray the perimeter of your house once a year and you are golden. More serious stuff? Call a company. 80/20.

@homeservguy I started my career knocking doors in Apex, NC. I picked up on this right away. Price a little high, actually like that’s my bottom price, eventually let them haggle me down, win the business of the entire neighborhood.

@FintwitPeaked Why not? . Holidays are the best days of the year to knock. Everybody is home, everybody is in a good mood, and historically holidays are the biggest days in the industry. We don’t force them to work. They’re contractors. He could have stayed home if he wanted. Instead, he made.

@G5Trader @realEstateTrent It’s in a valley. When it’s cold, all the air sinks and traps all the smog in the valley floor. Bad inversion.

I’m 25 years old and managed to start a pest control company. I post as much valuable and helpful information here as I possibly can. Follow along for the ride.
@Christian55468 @slimylizard7 Christian nails it. Each state has different licensing requirements that requires varying years of field experience. Ideal thing is to work for a local company for awhile and see if it’s something you can see yourself doing. Don’t let anyone lie to you: it’s hot and hard work.

@imgoodatmeth Won’t approve you for a mortgage so you go to a different lender that does approve you then the original bank buys the mortgage from them.

@buccocapital Cmon man. Retweet me next time. Don’t be a coward. Then people can see in the replies of the original post that he had the day off. He’s a contractor and decided he wanted to work. Made good money. More people home on the holidays means more sales. Thanks for the exposure.

This is what I do all day every day. Watch and learn boys:. If I’m knocking doors: “for sure man I just got off the phone with your wife and she wanted me to swing by.” This catches them off guard and they say “really?” Then I respond “no! Of course not, but is your wife going to.
"Let me talk to my husband/wife and ill call you back" .How do you combat this? . @stockmarketcody @pjmcgeary @Remotecleanr @AccountantMurph @becomeamannow @MaxArnold99 @ken_cleans.

Once again, pest control is touted as one of the top industries. To reiterate, I believe it takes the number one spot!. - exit multiples are sky high.- one tech can service $400k of high margin revenue or more.- every building is a potential customer .- recurring revenue ($40-$50.
Beat up van, Bed Bugs, and 50 million dollars . Everyone wants recurring revenue, but why take the risk of building out software. If you’re thinking about building a business from scratch, you may want to consider private equity darling pest control the SAAS of home services

Believe me, I would love this too! Here’s why we can’t:. 1- our prices are based on frequency, size of building or home, and pests present. Customers would have to be able to identify what they have accurately, pick a plan that may not be sufficient for their situation, and also.
Wifey went to Google to find a pest control company. But was frustrated at how difficult it was. Wife: "I don't understand. I don't want to call anyone. I just want to schedule a visit. Why can't I just do that.". Me: turns on voice recorder . Me: "sorry, can you say that again.
