First and foremost let’s establish what is Qingque’s age.
According to the “Checking Out” adventure mission, Qingque is under 200 years old.
Humans can technically grow until around their early 20s but either way qq is just coping here so the "I can still grow" doesn’t matter.

Anyways, my conclusion is that qq is most likely a young adult, which is an opinion that I think we all already shared before the "under 200 years old" info so I don’t think anything should be changing, FuQing is NOT illegal.

According to this reddit comment, the line wasn’t about Qingque herself, but just a criticism of the Divination Commission’s work culture.
I don't know Chinese myself so if anyone who actually speaks Chinese could confirm this I'd really appreciate it.

Qingque’s “Character Story: Part II” also says that she’s been working at the Divination Commission for at least 10+ years which technically doesn’t disprove her "working for centuries", but it does kinda hints against it + it informs as that she's been there for 10+ years

Another thing is her gambling in Penacony.
I think this text from the “Checking Out” quest implies her intention of doing that enough.
In the IRL world gambling requires you to be an adult, basically every country requires you to be 18 or older to do that.

We have confirmation that Qingque was at the hotel in the dreamscape which is right next to Golden Hour + Dancy had interacted with her in the dreamscape + she had the intention of gambling which is done at the Golden Hour so she basically was/had the intention of going there.

According to Part I of “An Overview of the Faith Crises in the Xianzhou Alliance” Xianzhou natives have an average lifespan of around 800.
IRL we have almost a life expectancy of 80 especially in China so it would make sense for the Xianzhou ages to be equivalent of human age x10

It would kinda make sense character design wise.
She could be nihility because of absurdism, which is related to nihility.
But gameplay wise I think they decided to ditched nihility qq because it's just really hard to make a good kit for a quantum nihility.

THIS IS ONLY FOR PF, in MoC Luocha is still a tier above on the tier list.
And I agree.
In PF healing is niche so Luocha being a much better healer doesn't matter.
E6 Gallagher is the better choice mostly beacuse of his weakness breaking synergies.

IMO both straight ships and even the "traditional wife" trope can be fine IF THEY MATCH THE CHARACTER.
The huge problem with it is that 99% of the time, they absolutely mischaracterize the girl to the point that she has basically 0 of her original self left.

The obvious answer would be something to do with entanglement but entanglement doesn't work like a standard DoT nor can you just slap it on enemies like imprison or freeze.
If we ever get a character based of Entanglement their kit will be crazy.

I'd go for elf frags even if you can't get a full elf, you always can get the remaining elf frags next spending event.
Einstein's Torus is also fine since it's a bit hard to get.
Other mats and valk fragments are easily farmable so don't even bother with them IMO.

UI (Except the button in the pic attached. F U) and other QoL changes are amazing, Gameplay of Sena and Coralie is super fun and part two in general just feels super refreshing. My only issue for now is that there isn't enough content which hurts cuz it's so fun to play.

The 800 years thing is only the average life expectancy (before succumbing to mara), so this point is just clear speculation, but I think it kinda makes sense.
It's kinda how humans can live for a long time but will usually die from "natural causes" or "old age"

You are right Astori, Luocha's healing is much better and he is undeniably the better pure sustain unit.
But this ranking is for PF and sustain doesn't matter that much there so E6 Gallagher is a bit better in this scenario.

4 different DMG types so SW skill is pure RNG.
No healer for blade.
And no sustain in general.
Unless Firefly somehow fixes most of these issues, this is the prime example of terrible team building
