One of the biggest losers in the history of our country. He was too young and inexperienced. We should praise heroes like Afonso Henriques(1st king), not this air head. He also carries Henriques sword into battle, and lost it.

Ballpoint pens use dyes and will fade away. Paper that isn't acid free will yellow,become brittle and change color. Carbon based ink won't fade. Stop spreading lies because you are ignorant. Good art supplies are crucial if you want your work to last.

haha the design is indeed similar, albeit I wasn't familiar with the character believe it or not. I was mainly focusing on creating a very average male protagonist. Thank you!

Aside from the copyright issue (which is temporary) why is using AI as reference material inherently bad and imoral? since painting from photos is wildly tolerated and plenty of artists copy compositions from photos?

Thank you for bringing that up. Only towards the end of the painting did I notice his face and how he looked perhaps passive or even unsure of himself. But I decided to leave it in, because most of us would also be doubtful of ourselves when slaying our personal dragons.
