@Chata_Bee I often do. This has been a farming and lead mining area for thousands of years, and the communities were built upon that. It’s still mostly farming with some quarrying industry too.

@christi52793166 No, I hand-hold everything because I like to be agile and move a lot! I can hold my breath well for 1/4s, otherwise there’s always a handy gate or branch or wall to rest on. 😊

@christi52793166 Thank you! I deliberately don’t include that information because I think it can feel a bit exclusionary? But, Sony a7iii, Tamron 50-400mm at 100mm, f9, iso500, 1/125. My camera is an old workhorse but I love it. 🥰

@david_w_chamber Obviously I capture both, but on this particular morning the farmed fields stretching away into the distance caught my eye. Yes we need far more nature in our landscape.

It’s the dome-shaped rock in the valley to the top right of the image. It’s a high point in a steep valley and many years ago it was the site of the gibbet for this area, where bodies were hung after execution for the birds to peck at, the bones eventually rattling in the wind in their metal cage. It’s an atmospheric place and those with an active imagination can still hear the rattle….

@subakai I did sell it internationally for a month last year but the postage was ridiculously high and there is so much paperwork for each order, I’m afraid it’s unworkable, sorry.
