@alisonleary1 @PSCommissioner @denis_campbell One of the goals of Martha's Rule is to give patients more power, to give nurses and resident doctors more power vs an over-mighty consultant, to redress imbalances on the ward, to allow *everyone* a say in their care, to improve culture.

I was quite cynical about it all, but in this case it worked exactly as intended.”
