2/2. An over reliance on a hugely inflated English market, being too small minded in our approach, everything is based on domestic success instead of aiming for CL which in turn would provide bigger revenue and in turn take care of domestic situation regardless. Rant over ish

Where do you believe the main issues are? For me, Lennon and the players play a big part but I think what appears to be gross negligence from above are the main issues. Going cheap on Lennon, after going cheap, not allowing him his own backroom staff, recruitment is a farce 1/2

Another skin of our teeth, another poor performance. People lack the understanding of standards. Great we are showing character to win and can be difficult against a team who sit in but it's been painful this season, performances below par too often.
