The mismanagement by some clubs at all levels is shocking. Football is for the players and fans. Not somebody’s ego. Stupid money is spent on promotion and/or players wages. Glad to be at one which lives within its means, regardless of the challenges we face.

Football & the FA have a huge problem with refereeing in this country.
I truly believe the way they are being trained is all wrong. The way that some conduct themselves actually causes problems.
The best referees are the ones that actually communicate with players & managers
