It’s 3:01 am, and I can’t sleep because I have an idea for a note-taking app UI that combines markdown (Obsidian, Bear) with outliners (Logseq, Tana). Itching to build a prototype to see if it can actually work.

I grew up on South Indian carb-heavy breakfasts that kept me full for hours. Tried overnight oats today — felt full at first, then hungry all day despite having a big lunch. Does anyone else struggle with this? How did you cope with it?

Binge-watching hobby electronics projects on YouTube has me itching to build something. Middle-school me would have been in awe of how much the hardware game has changed (cheap microcontrollers, 3D printers, etc). Does anyone have advice for a nostalgic beginner?

Found my reading sweet spot: Kindle books on a phone screen. The narrow width makes text scanning effortless and faster. Pretty sure this puts me in a tiny minority of readers, but curious if anyone else feels the same?

This morning, I had an idea to build a macOS checklist app that lives in the menu bar. I turned to Claude for help because I am a web developer. 5 mins later, I had a working prototype. It's far from production-ready, but seeing it materialize so rapidly was a magical experience!

I'm curious how many people are still using ChatGPT over Claude? I go to Claude nearly 100% of the time now. I've managed to clone everything I was doing with my custom GPTs into Claude Projects and it works so much better for me. I only use ChatGPT now when I need it to pull details from the web.

Shooting with a prime lens is a lot more challenging than I thought it would be! I bought a Ricoh GR IIIx for travel due to its compact size and large APS-C sensor. Took it on a day trip this weekend but the 40mm lens was too limiting. Returning the camera.
